Your All-Inclusive Power Partner

As part of our full turnkey solution, APR Energy does much more than provide turbines for power generation. We deliver a complete power generation solution with customized and comprehensive balance of plant systems that include step-up transformers and substations, SCRs, fuel systems and storage, protective relaying, metering, remote monitoring, and more. With these systems already designed and readily available, APR Energy serves as a true one-stop shop, giving customers a single trusted partner and the ability to move quickly.

Transformation and Electrical

At each site, APR Energy provides a complete electrical system to meet all customer design specifications. This includes electrical studies, detailed design, testing, and commissioning of equipment such as substations, switchgear, step-up transformers, low/medium/high voltage cabling, power management systems, protective relaying, and metering equipment. We can also accommodate multiple delivery voltages ranging from 11kV to 230kV and beyond.

Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR)

Our SCR systems are designed to deliver industry-leading emissions control, utilizing Best Available Control Technology (BACT) to ensure compliance with the most stringent environmental standards. Using advanced catalyst technology, SCRs significantly reduce NOx emissions, while the integrated CO catalyst reduces carbon monoxide emissions. With an ammonia slip of only 5 ppm, these systems provide highly efficient performance without compromising air quality. Flexible by design, APR’s SCR solutions can be deployed across multiple fuel applications, including natural gas, distillates, and hydrogen, making them a critical component in delivering sustainable and reliable power.

Fuel Systems and Storage

We supply all equipment and systems necessary for fueling the operation of our power generation equipment, covering both liquid fuels and natural gas. For natural gas, our systems include compression, pressure regulation, heating, and safety controls to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. For liquid fuels, we offer storage, offloading, transfer, quality management, and efficiency monitoring. All systems include piping, pumping, and filtering as well as continuous metering to enable close monitoring. APR Energy is also flexible in designing and integrating alternative solutions such as CNG and LNG systems to meet the specific needs of each project.

Remote Control Monitoring and Diagnostics

Each APR Energy site includes state-of-the-art remote monitoring and diagnostics technology, with a secure Ethernet connection as the primary communication link and satellite uplink for redundant backup. This provides real-time visibility into gas turbine performance, combustion dynamics, emissions, rotating equipment, balance of plant systems, power delivery, and reliability data. The system continuously tracks and trends this data, applying predictive analytics to detect anomalies, optimize efficiency, and ensure compliance with the most stringent reliability and environmental standards.

Site Infrastructure

APR Energy provides all necessary control rooms, offices, workshops, and warehousing to maintain optimal plant operation. We can also provide mobile housing, water, power, and climate control. In addition, our site layouts integrate HSE infrastructure, including safety showers, eye wash stations, spill containment, and controlled access points. This ensures safe and compliant operations alongside reliable plant performance.

Civil Works

Depending on customer needs, APR Energy can handle all site preparation, including civil work such as initial leveling, compacting, and foundation work, as well as perimeter fencing, roadways, and lighting. We also provide comprehensive security systems with CCTV and security personnel. Where required, we can integrate utility tie-ins such as water supply, wastewater treatment, natural gas, and electrical interconnections, delivering a fully prepared and secure site for rapid deployment.
