Charles (Chuck) Ferry is a decorated combat veteran with over 38 years of military and private-sector leadership. He is the Chairman and CEO of APR Energy, a fast power infrastructure company, and CEO of Duos Technologies, specializing in Railcar Inspection Technology and Edge Data Centers.
From 2016-2020, he was CEO for APR Energy, managing a 2.2GW fleet of fast power assets. Previously, as General Manager for ARMA Global Corporation, he led the defense contractor through rapid expansion, growing it from $20M to $200M in annual revenue, which led to its acquisition by General Dynamics.
Chuck retired from the U.S. Army in 2009 after 26 years of active duty in Infantry, Ranger, and Special Operations Units. He served 48 months in combat across Somalia, Afghanistan, and Iraq. His decorations for valor include the Silver Star Medal for actions as a Battalion Commander in Ramadi, Iraq, and the Bronze Star Medal for Valor during the Battle of Blackhawk Down in Somalia as a Rifle Company Executive Officer.

Lee Wilson is a financial and operational executive with more than 30 years of experience in public and private consumer and commercial enterprises, where he has held positions such as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. He specializes in finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, treasury, structured financing and reorganizations.
The main sectors of activity are specialized financing, retail, banking, automotive and transportation, telecommunications, investment management and insurance. Currently, Lee serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the External Audit Committee of Group CCF, a commercial and retail bank based in Paris, France. In addition.

Mr. Murphy has over 18 years of professional finance and accounting experience with his most recent role as CFO of a shared services platform in the construction and homebuilding industry.
Prior to that, he served as Duos Tech’s Chief Financial Officer from 2022 to 2024 as well as serving in a number of other roles in the commercial and finance teams. Prior to Duos, Mr. Murphy spent nearly a decade steadily progressing his career within the finance team of APR Energy where he supported securing over $800 million in long term contracts, supported the $700 million+ debt facility as well as $300+ million strategic acquisition of a competitor in the temporary power space.
He also held roles supporting operations and the investor relations functions within the company. Prior to APR Energy, Mr. Murphy came from the waste management industry and public accounting working in tax and business services group. Mr. Murphy has a degree in Accounting along with a MBA from Jacksonville University.

Chris King is the Chief Operating Officer of APR Energy and an operational and commercial executive with more than 20 years of experience in the energy and supply chain sectors. A proven operator with a global track record, he has led teams of more than 500 employees across multiple continents.
During his tenure at APR Energy, Chris has held several operations and commercial leadership roles, led strategic acquisitions and integrations of portfolios of power assets and projects valued at over $750 million, and led a team that has closed over $1 billion in revenue. Earlier in his career, he held operational leadership positions at CEVA Logistics, including Lean Six Sigma Leader, where he drove global process improvement initiatives.

Joseph DiCamillo has served as General Counsel and board member to companies in the global energy industry for 20 years. Joe’s practice has focused on M&A, strategic alliances, government and regulatory affairs, corporate governance and insurance and risk management. With deep international experience, Joe brings an operational, results-driven approach to company legal affairs.
Joe was the General Counsel of APR Energy from 2018 until its assets were sold to New APR Energy. Before that, Joe was Vice President and General Counsel of Studsvik, a Swedish public company in the nuclear energy industry. Joe has served on several JV company boards of directors. Joe is a graduate of Northwestern University and Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.
