Paul Marcroft

Chief Commercial Officer

Mr. Marcroft has more than 25 years of experience in the power generation industry and was one of APR Energy’s original employees. As a senior member of the commercial team, he has been involved with all of the company’s deals since its inception. Prior to joining APR Energy, Mr. Marcroft spent more than 10 years in the industrial gas turbines division of Alstom, based in the United Kingdom. Mr. Marcroft holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering as well as a master’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in strategy and marketing.

Jason Aberdeen

Chief Engineer

Mr. Aberdeen has nearly 30 years of engineering experience. As Chief Engineer, he is responsible for all aspects of engineering for APR Energy, including plant design, ongoing operations, and the research and development of future energy solutions and equipment. Mr. Aberdeen spent nearly 20 years in the British Army and provided counsel to various government agencies including the UK Ministry of Defence. Mr. Aberdeen earned a bachelor’s degree in aeromechanical systems engineering and a master’s degree in science with a concentration in electrical and mechanical engineering, both from Cranfield University. He also underwent training at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and the Royal School of Military Engineering.

Joseph Dicamillo

General Counsel

Mr. DiCamillo has nearly 30 years of experience in law and government affairs. Prior to joining APR Energy, he was Vice President and General Counsel at Studsvik AB, a Swedish publicly traded company that specializes in sustainable nuclear solutions. A results-oriented, business-focused and value-driven professional, Joseph was recognized by the First Chair Awards as a Top General Counsel for his achievements as an in-house counsel in 2015. He graduated from Northwestern University in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in political science and received his juris doctor at Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in 1990.

Andrea Westbrook

VICE PRESIDENT, HUMAN RESOURCES

Ms. Westbrook has over 30 years of human resources experience and is responsible for the direction and management of the global human resources function. Most recently, she served as Senior Director, Human Resources for Carnival Cruise Line and Carnival Corporation & plc based in Miami, FL overseeing the shoreside human resources operations. Prior to this, she held HR leadership roles with global, fortune-ranked corporations in the energy, logistics and high-end medical equipment markets. Her leadership responsibilities have included human resources business partnership, leadership development, talent acquisition, human capital planning, employee engagement, compliance and performance management.

Andrea Westbrook
