Operation & Maintenance

APR Energy provides comprehensive Operation and Maintenance manpower to support all ongoing operational activities in accordance with the dispatch requirements of the project. Local hired personnel work with APR Energy to consistently maintain the quality and efficiency of the equipment over the life of the contract. On-site inventory is always on hand and includes consumable spare parts, lubricating oil and standby and emergency spare parts.

At each power project, APR Energy provides skilled manpower to support all installation, ongoing operation and maintenance activities of the plant. With professional installation teams, site managers and shift supervisors supplied by APR Energy, local personnel are also employed and provided with world- class on- site training. On average, skilled local personnel make up about 84% of APR Energy’s on- site workforce. APR Energy’s policy of training and hiring local labor provides technical skills and instruction to these workers that can be carried on to future careers in the power generation industry once the temporary APR Energy project has been taken offline.
