“Compliance” is an essential component of our business here at APR Energy. In order to continue as a thriving and growing business, we must be “compliant” with (i.e., follow) all laws. We will not call out all the laws with which we must comply, but the following require special mention:

US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
UK Bribery Act of 2010

These laws generally require that nothing of value can be paid inappropriately to obtain new business, retain existing business or to secure an improper advantage.  The message is simple and we must follow it in all that we do at APR Energy.  The prohibition stated above applies equally to our employees, contractors and agents.  In other words, it is not acceptable for us or our contractors or agents to make such payments and, we could be responsible legally, if they do.

Although corruption is rampant in many parts of the world, we have no tolerance for corruption at APR Energy. At APR Energy, we follow the law (i.e., we are compliant).  It’s as simple as that.
